Auto Repair Tempe

This is a new addition to my former post because they did something truly remarkable - the stuff you want your mechanics to just do but they rarely do. Ok, so what was this is really big thing? ell I will tell you! I took my beloved ES430 into Tim and I said "Tim when I step on the brake and go into a corner my car hesitates when I step on the gas again." That is particularly unnerving when you see traffic bearing down on you. Tim asked me to leave the car with him so he could drive it with a mechanic and look at Codes." They had it two days and then called and said "We fixed it!" Great, I get it back washed and fixed, how much better can it get. Well, I picked it up and started out of the parking lot. I assumed the feel of more power was because I had been driving my Tahoe. . That wasn't it. When i started into traffic i stepped on the gas and Mother of God it took off like it had not done for over a year, maybe two. Then I tried that braking issue thing and yes it had been fixed. I wanted to buy a tooth brush and maybe a package of underwear and take road trip,. Damn this thing is fun to drive. Please feel free to call Elite and ask for Tim, and tell him you want to know what they did to Bill's car. Probably not the answer for every car but the point here is they go well beyond what most places would do to make sure you are safe, and happy with your car. Oh yea - and they wash it. I have used Elite for many years. They have cared for each of my Tahoes, my wife's Buick Rainier and the SC430 Lexus. When my office manager broke down on the highway they came out to get her. I agree they are no the cheapest auto repair place you can go based on a one time repair but over time their advice and long term care attitude has saved me a lot of money. My 2002 Tahoe went 300,000 miles with Elite before we had a major repair (main bearings) so I was pretty happy. You have to ask yourself how much it will cost you to have your family standing by the road with a worn out car in the summer in Arizona, and then realize good, honest, consistent service is worth what you pay for it. I recently referred Elite to a client of mine who has a fleet of trucks. They are picking up the trucks on a schedule now and dependability has improved for the business. In addition Elite offered to add employee cars to the maintenance schedule. The employer added that as an employee benefit. Service: General repairs & maintenance

The place is top notch. I used for a pre purchase inspection of a vehicle I bought from across the country. Freddie is great at running the front end of the business. He made me aware of all their services and leadtimes and kept in constant communication with me. Charlie did my inspection and did a great job detailing any issues and did the work in time. I will also add that they picked up the car from the dealer and returned it for me which was great!
