Elite Auto Repair - Tempe
Just today I called to get a my car serviced for a job they had already fixed and is under warranty. They said they cant see me till next week, this is not good as I need my vehicle everyday. They said I can leave it there all day but there is no guarantee they will even look at it. I cant take it anywhere else as it will void my warranty. I don't see how hard it can be to take a look at my vehicle and let me know if they cant fix something that is under warranty or just let me go somewhere else. They also want to charge me a diagnosis fee if it is not what is covered under warranty. I have stopped using this place when I realized it was one thing after the next every 2 months. I changed auto repair place to AAMCo and I can seriously say I have never received any hassle from them and at a much lower price than Elite Auto. Very disgusted with the quality of service and how I was treated with disregard about my warranty. I wouldn't give them a star at all except it wouldn't let me post unless I chose a star.
Were sorry that we could not resolve the issue within 30 minutes of closing last night. Were also disappointed that a complimentary loaner vehicle or shuttle ride would not help the problem as well. Further, we offered to resolve the problem the very next day but that was not acceptable either.. we will call you back and try to solve this problem first thing in the morning. Update: Urged customer to bring vehicle in but they inform us that it wasn't a warranty issue after all. Apparently a different part failed...
