I've been living in the valley for 20 years and wish I found these guys sooner. If you're new to Arizona, THIS should be your go-to place. These guys are friendly, affordable, and professional without the uncomfortable up-sell pressure. What's more, these are the SAME guys I've been interacting with for the past 3 years! They replaced my door lock mechanism and recharged my AC for $1,000 less than what Buick quoted me just for the AC (Buick thought I had a bad rear evaporator, which was not what Elite found). These guys also do all recommended maintenance cheaper than the dealership, and without the 5-7 day waiting period for inspection that Buick quoted me. I've probably gone through about 5 different mechanics in the Chandler area...not all bad experiences, but these guys are the best by far. Loved this auto shop as soon as I walked in. They make you feel welcome and are honest about their prices. They kept me informed with any changes and asked before they did anything. They also offer free loaner cars fee of charge which helped my family out so much. It’s tough finding a honest auto shop and I’m so happy I found this one. Thank you guy so much!

Did not answer the phone. Did not let me know a time. Did not show up. Wouldn't answer the phone to re schedule. Would not recommend.

I had other prices from other repair shops they slashed the price by a third and did work that others claim couldn’t be done very pleasurable experience I will always recommend them and return whenever my car needs work thank you very much Elite you made a customer for life
