Wanted to come here because it's close to my house. I saw their 5 star reviews and thought what the heck let's try a new place. I thought something was up when they had a "free oil change with a Yelp review," but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. They ended up wanting to charge me $2200 for parts and labor on a compressor/condenser/valve replacement. I don't know too much about cars but that sounded a little steep. Calling my regular guy I found out that he's shocked at the pricing. I call to cancel but they're already going to charge me $400 just for taking the car apart and putting it back together. Watch out for these swindlers

Was hoping based on all the Yelp reviews for a good experience but ended up disappointed in the dishonesty I experienced. Got my oil changed just fine but then a rep told me my belts were cracking and in need of replacement. They're brand new. Kept trying to convince me otherwise. Also quoted me for over $1000 of additional work but after two consults elsewhere was told nothing was actually wrong with my car. No one was wearing masks either. Will not be coming back.

These guys did a good job on helping me with an evacuation and recharge when I personally did work on my AC system. No questions asked they performed what I needed and I was on my way. I highly recommend their services. They even have a shuttle to take you where you need to go if you have a drop off. Excellent repair shop.

The team at Elite took excellent care of my car. They took extra steps to keep me informed while I waited in their very comfortable customer area. They are good, caring people in addition to quality professionals.

My wife and I have been customers of Elite Auto Repair for nearly two years. We used to take our vehicles to the dealership for regular maintenance and other needed repairs but never felt good afterwards. We’d wonder if we had paid too much or had we been pressured into a repair we didn’t need or need yet. Elite Auto Repair can perform the suggested regular scheduled maintenance as well as other repairs. One of the things that we love about Elite is that they perform checks whenever you bring in your car and inform you as to what they checked, what they found and what you should do and when. For example I had my oil changed and they checked the engine and compartment air filters and informed me that they were getting dirty but should be okay until my next scheduled oil change. That’s usable info because if you are on a tight budget you know what’s needed and how much time you may have to plan for the extra expense. That’s customer service. They also have loaner cars. Last but not least, there’s a couple folks there that are Ohio State Buckeyes fans and always make me feel special. I live a five minute drive from Elite Auto Repair but I would travel across town for this kind of service.

Got my AC evaporator replaced for Chrysler 300. Freddie was honest and very helpful. AC is now ice cold. Would recommend EAR!
