This Auto repair shop is the most honest, kind and reputable I've found here in Arizona. No hidden costs. Everything is explained up front. I recently brought my car in after having received estimates much higher for parts that I was told had to be replaced. Upon their inspection, parts could be repaired without having to replaced for a fraction of the price. They also made a couple of suggestions that were unnoticed previously. I walked out paying a fraction of the cost for 4 repairs as was estimated for 1 replacement of 1 of my problems. Thank you so much for your honesty. You've won a customer for life

These guys are awesome! Ryan and his team went above and beyond when servicing my truck. Not only did they give me a ride home, they also picked me up when the truck was ready and gave it a car wash so it was squeaky clean when I picked it up. Very fair pricing and outstanding customer service!

For a simple sway bar issue this company wanted to charge me 2K plus because they thought I was young an naive and wouldn't do my research, I like to think we're past the days we're auto repair shops try to scam you, but clearly we are not, be better, especially during these times.

It was very easy to set up an appointment over the phone! I had a basic inspection & oil change done and they found that my brake pads were worn down. They provided me with a quote (with a fair price) and immediately got to work when I gave the go. I think the whole thing took between 3-4 hours. They kindly offered me a ride home while they serviced the car but I chose to stay and wait it out in their waiting area, which had spacious couches, a large TV with cable, and a mini fridge with lots of drinks. The wait didn't feel long at all, it was very comfortable! They did a great job with my car. I could feel the difference in my brakes right away. I really appreciate their fast & friendly service!

We always use Elite for our car needs as they always have our best interests in mind as well as provide the best service. This was especially true for us recently on New Year's Eve our car broke down, we called and Mitch made sure we were able to get us in a loaner and got our car fixed up after the holiday. They explained exactly what was wrong and made sure we were taken care of. Mitch always provides the best customer experience and makes you feel like family. This is why we continue to use their services and recommend them to anyone who has repair or maintenance needs.

I always get screwed over for being a female. However, these guys were fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had taken my car to discount tire (I had a flat tire) and they were trying to sell me a new tire and said my tire was not repairable (typical/frustrating). I left and went to Elite Auto Repair and they said my tire was definitely repairable and didn't charge a dime. I was so happy I proceeded to get my oil change here because they are awesome! I'm relieved that now I have my go to place in Tempe! My husband and I are always going to bring our cars here for all our auto services!

Elite was amazing to work with. Ryan helped me ahead of time with pricing and loaner information. I was in and out quickly and my car was done ahead of schedule! I recommend Elite not only because they do a great job but they also do a lot to support the community. Thank you, Elite!

Elite auto repair was fantastic. Was able to get me in the next day for my SUV. Freddie and everyone were very friendly and helpful. Fixed my car fast and was inexpensive. Lobby was very clean with drinks available while waiting. I would recommend anyone to go there and I will be back with my car with an future issues.
