Excellent customer service! I dropped my truck off around 11am to do a front end alignment, and oil change. The staff is extremely friendly, listened to the problems I was having and suggested the best course of action to fix the issues. I got a call about 2:30 saying everything was complete, but I couldn't pick up the truck until after they closed. They were nice enough to leave the keys in a secure place for me to pick it up at my convenience. Great shop I know I can trust!

My husband and I bought a used Hyundai Sonata and wanted to make sure it didn't need any major services. We had Elite Auto do the inspection for us, and they were quick and affordable. They found it needed just a few small things done, and so we decided to take it back to them to get everything up to speed the next day. The price was right and the service was excellent. As others have mentioned, there's also a courtesy shuttle, which was very convenient, as my husband was at work all day and not able to give me a ride. Thank you to everyone at Elite Auto, and we will definitely be back the next time one of our cars needs something done!

Had an electrical issue with my truck.I was swamped at work and did not have time to look at it.Talked to Tim at 4 pm Monday, truck was in at 7:30 Tuesday and repaired that day.Price was as reasonable as I could ever expect

I can't say enough nice things about Elite. Took my Toyota Sienna to the Dealership for the 60,000 checkup and they came up with a laundry list of repairs. No big, but we do like to support local businesses (and I always like a second opinion). Long story short, they replaced a cracked CV boot for less, and provided a loaner so that my life didn't come to a crashing halt while they did the work. The was a short delay because the part they were sent appeared to have been opened and handled so they reordered the part. I appreciate the caution taken on my behalf. Everything was efficient and pleasant. My kid didn't even have a chance to get bored. We'll be back.

I have had a hard time finding a reputable, honest, and fairly priced auto repair shop. My search is officially over. I love the attention and detail and customer service that was provided by Elite Auto Repair. And while I am sure this is consistent throughout the organization, Tim was my service representative and he was fantastic. They pay attention to the small details. I was missing a lug nut and before they returned my car back to me they made sure that I had a new lug nut. It's that kind of attention to detail that will have me coming back to this establishment again and again. Thank you everyone for your hard work and for fixing my car. Good service isn't cheap, and cheap services and good. They're worth every penny that I paid them, and they kept me from additional expenses proposed by the dealership.
