We drive all the way from NE Mesa to get our vehicle serviced here! We've been to plenty of shops looking for honest, professional mechanics. We haven't found any good ones... until we came here to Elite NAPA! Our car is always running top notch after leaving NAPA. And they are ALL honest and transparent. You get what you pay for here...Quality! :-)

My car overheated twice in one day. I came in the next day to get it looked at, they were very prompt and made me feel comfortable handing my keys over. In a enough time they were sure that my radiator had a crack and needed to be replaced. Not only that they looked to see what other things needed to be done eventually. They took me out to actually see what was wrong which was nice. I just got a loaner car for the day and my car was done by 2pm that same day allowing me to have a car. Their service is wonderful and they DO NOT try to scam you into anything you don't need. Promise you'll be treated right

Was in the market to purchase a vehicle. We found the one we loved and took it for a checkup before buying. David & Co. did a very thorough job during the inspection. They found a host of problems with the truck and advised us against purchasing. Needless to say they saved me the hassle, time and money of buying a bad truck. Thanks guys. I took my car to Elite Auto Repair for the first time and received great service. Their Service Manager, Bruce, went the extra mile in making sure that all of the problems that my car had were resolved and there were no surprises with the estimate that I received for the work that my car needed.
