Auto Repair Tempe

I took my 2009 HHR in for a "clunking" in the front end and a wobble in the steering when I braked. I was really surprised with the "free" loaner car which was really great. They called not long after dropping it off sayng they could not track down the clunking noise which did not surprise me. It seems HHR's are famous for this problem and even GM is having a hard time with it. The did tell me my brake rotors were warped and would have to be machined and the rear brakes adjusted for a total of $250. I knew the rotors were probably bad before going in having self diagnossed on the HHR Forums so I agreed to the repair. When I dropped off my loaner car the next day I was billed a whole $6 and my $250 repair bill came out to a whopping $190. They had actually cut me a deal on the labor costs...unheard of in this day of ripofff artists! I have put Elite Auto in my phone and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest car repair shop. Mark K. Phoenix, AZ

I have been taking my car here for years! I wouldn't trust my vehicle in any other hands. They are always friendly and helpful too. When I went to get my oil changed and it was going to take a while, they drove me home and picked me back up in the work vehicle they park out front. They have presented me with great service and I wouldn't recommend any other Auto Repair place!

I brought my car in because it would not start even after putting a new battery in. As soon as the tow truck pulled up with my car they looked at it right away! Everyone was so professional! They fixed my car so fast! Thanks guys!

Ah-maze-ing! Friendly and prompt service & smiles, not pushy, clean, couches, tv, touch screen computer to use with a back rest pillow, drinks, snacks. Oh and of course great prices! Like a day spa. :) Never going anywhere else again!

I recently had my Escalade serviced here. It needed numerous repairs, and after receiving several very high repair estimates from other shops I came to this location. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Bruce was extremely helpful in talking me through every step of the repair, and in the process also helped me save several thousand dollars. He was extremely thorough in explaining to me what was happening with my car, and what parts were necessary for repair now, and what parts I could hold off on for a while based on my financial situation. He even showed me the old parts that were replaced, where exactly the malfunction was with the old parts, and what the new parts looked like installed on my car. I would recommend this place to anyone no matter what the make and model of car. Long story short, Bruce and his staff were extremely helpful, saved me a ton of money, and made a situation that I was absolutely dreading much easier to deal with. I love my car, and want to drive it for as long as I can, and I can say without a doubt that after leaving the shop my car has ran smoother than it ever has in the 7+ years I have been driving it. Being a Retired criminal Lawyer who has an Assistant Attorney General in the state of New York assigned to the prosecution of consumer frauds, I tend to look at my own consumer transactions with a sharp eye. Here is what I say and experienced at the facility at 8139 S Priest: Honesty - and isn’t that the key element that ordinary people search for? Sure we (the public; strangers to you) want good prices but ultimately – the search is for honesty. Rodney Tenenat (Service Writer at the facility) is the gold ring in that search. He is an honest man. He will earn and attract business to the company and you should know that.
