We use Elite Auto Repair exclusively on our 1998 Toyota 4 Runner. Great shop. Convenient to the house and quick turn around times.

The people at Elite are not only professionals, they are human beings and it is always a pleasure to know that whatever needs fixing, will be fixed in a timely manner as well as at a fair price. While we all wish for vehicles that don't need repair, it is GREAT to know that I can take it to Elite and it is DONE.

Your shop is wonderful!! I had an issue with my air conditioner/heater and you kept trying different parts and/or ideas until it was perfect. The attitude of everyone I met was very professional and you could tell they really cared about the issue with the auto and the reputation of their business. You don't find this very often. I could not be more pleased.

Today my daughter said she was having an issue with her car. They were busy but the guy at the front desk listened to us, checked the fluid levels, ran a diagnostic, took it for a test drive and looked under the hood. He explained a few things and eased our worries. I wish I could remember his name! Thank you!

Ryan's in my networking group in Chandler so I thought I'd use these guys for a simple oil change. He picked up my truck for me and took care of the oil change. When my son needed some major work done they found some additional problems. We were guessing, (this is going to be about $800) The price was under $200, for oil change and brake inspection and some additional work. Incredible, Thank You

I have been bringing my cars to Elite for more than ten years. I really appreciate their honest, reasonable, friendly service and would highly recommend them. Just came in for a battery check (it was going bad, I could tell.) I'm leaving now 20 minutes later totally satisfied!

Hmmmmmmm well I dropped Mustang on Friday at 5:40 p.m. I sat in lobby for 5-7 minutes and no one came up front. Decided to go out to service bays! Got acknowledged.........5 more minutes later after no one came up front I called the phone # and 2 people darted up front. I got acknowledged FINALLY! Look I get it....it's Friday but really??! Fast forward to Monday and they were communicative about problems but couldn't find SPECIFIC problem I informed them of. They give me an estimate .....wait for it......$1200 for front struts and mounts. Picked up paper copy of estimate and shopped around!!! Wait for it......got quoted $650 for same job from 7 equally qualified and Yelp'd repair shops in area and afar????!!!Then I get email saying "they can rewrite" estimate????? Wait a minute.....really? Please... you tried to f*ck me in my sphincter AND kiss me in my mouth after I question wtf was going on???? NO THANK you! All I can ask is WHY try to f*ck me??? Granted the people were pleasant but pricing was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy offf!!!! By double?! Why? I don't waste people's time and I appreciate when mine is valued as well!! Just because a woman drops off car doesn't mean she's STUPID! I know plenty of car people but didn't want to bother them!!! Glad I did after this conundrum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in expecting to wait 30 minutes for an oil change and ended up having to wait over two hours, with no warning. I ended up being over 45 minutes late to my next obligation due to this inconvenience.
