We took our car in for A/C work after we tried to charge the system ourselves. The team at Elite Auto Repair was awesome. They tested our system and could not find a problem. So they charged it and just to be sure they didn't miss any issues. They kept it an extra day to keep testing it. They gave us a loaner car and picked my wife up from work. They never found an issue and charged exactly what they quoted us on the phone. We are extremely happy with their service so far and expect to use them again!

DONT GO HERE. I took my 2003 Dodge 2500 Ram in at 100,000 miles. I figured it was time for rear brakes, and the front end needed to be checked out, as it was riding rough and I'd just had the tires rotated and balanced. They charged me one hour labor to check it out, $109.96. They came back recommending upper and lower ball joint replacement on both sides, and sway bar connector replacement, for $1500. They also wanted to replace the rear rotors and brakes and parking brake for another $700. The rear rotors had never been turned, but they said they had to be replaced......don't buy that. The sway bar connections absolutely needed replaced. The upper and lower ball joints on both$sides.......possibly, let's say yes they were worn out. So i paid $740.42 in parts $738.71 in labor, and around $80 in fees and taxes.....that sucks, but oh well. I got about 6 Miles when a constant rasping started.....fairly loud, definitely not something I wanted to deal with. I called them, took it back in, and the tech explained it was a bent dust shield rubbing on the rotor. He bent it out of the way, showed me the shield, and said it shouldn't do it again. The manager didn't seem to care about much at all about.....anything. He just stated that they had driven it and it left fine, so it should be fine. Cost: Expensive for sure, there are cheaper comparable shops around. Quality: When I pay a lot for a straightforward mechanical fix, I don't expect surprises. Bottom Line: I'll never go there again, and don't think you should either.

Always take our cars here. Free loaners. BMW specialists. Had an issue, once. The owner contacted me, personally, within 10 minutes of my email. Made sure that I was happy. Loyal customer now.
