Freddie at Elite Auto went above and beyond to handle an annoying issue with my car, that was caused by another mechanic at another shop. While they had my car, I was transported to and from work, on-time, hassle free! Being a new resident of Arizona, I chose Elite Auto because of their hours, but I didn't except the amazing level of service! They have won my loyalty!!

I had 2-3 good experiences, but the service I received the most recent trip to Elite was excellent. Freddie specifically managed the work on my vehicle and kept me updated regularly on the status. He was even a little apprehensive about disclosing the overall cost to me, which showed he cared (unfortunately my vehicle is getting old and had some issues going on). They offered me a loaner car since they were keeping mine over the weekend at no additional charge (besides gas). I feel like the folks at Elite are honest and want to take care of you while giving your vehicle quality treatment, so I trust them and would highly recommend.

Every day we get services from somewhere, the Grocery Store, the cellphone store, a doctor, our insurance agent. But how often do you feel they really appreciate your being a client of theirs, that you are welcomed to be there? Well at Elite they are an exemplary auto repair facility that you can trust so enough about that. What I want you to know is that people who have had their cars repaired at Elite frequently just stop back in to say hello. They bring donuts to the guys, they get some coffee and just chat about cars, and just stop to say "Hey I referred my neighbor to you." or "Hey I am sending my daughter here to get her car worked on, let me know if she needs anything?" We have three cars, and a tractor they work on and all of them have lots of dependable miles on them. They got me 300,000 miles on my last Tahoe before the main bearings just wore out. If you need auto repairs you need to call these guys and I recommend you do it before you have some terrible problem.

These guys do it right! Pick you up, drop you off...do you need help with something other than car repair? Hahaha...these guys would probably do anything to help out. The owner is awesome and I can't say enough about this guy Ryan that he has working for him as well. Finally a shop down the street you can trust!

Honest, efficient, and straight forward. I would highly recommend Elite Auto and personally wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else in the Valley.
