Auto Repair Tempe

I have been taking my Corolla to Elite Auto Repair for a couple years now, and the reason I keep going back is the excellent customer service! I am confident that no one at Elite Auto is "ripping me off" - they take great care of my car by providing minor, inexpensie maintenance work in order to prevent major headaches in the future! I really appreciate the honest work they do at Elite Auto, which is why I refer anyone who needs their car serviced to their establishment. Thank you Elite Auto for taking care of me and my Corolla!

If you are concerned about your vehicle and want great work at a fair price, go talk with Bruce or David at Elite Auto. I travel 26 miles (one way) for my regular oil change. Why? Because these guys are: honest, fair and actually care about the experience each customer has when they bring in their vehicle. I highly recommend these folks and every time I have taken my car in, it has been an excellent experience!

I went to Elite Auto Repair today in Tempe. For a quick oil change. They did their multi point check and found my cabin filter to be completely ugly dirty. Then my under hood air filter. Then my wiper blades were separating. So they showed me, asked for permission to replace and went over other findings that will be needing attention in the future. They even washed and vacuumed my car. No kidding. What I spend in dollars at the full service wash was free. Then they give me the bill and I am like this is crazy. Very affordable. The owner Dave comes in the lobby and he chats like we have known each other for some time. He is grateful for my new business! Then there's Ryan. He is the shop marketing rep. What a good guy. Everyone was awesome. Impressed!!!

I've been going here for a while. I'm routine on getting oil changes. Recently I received a free oil change from another Phoenix chain of auto shops. I took my car there and I was told I needed about $1500 in repairs. I talked with David at Elite and ran down the list of things the other chain wanted me to do and I basically came to the conclusion that the other guys were trying to rip me off. Not at Elite!!! Excellent service. Great prices! Loaner car if needed. What more could someone ask for?!

This place was AWESOME!!! What great customer service!! I had purchased a prepaid auto services card and I wasn't sure what to expect. I walked in and the facility is clean, organized, smelled fantastic and right away I was greeted with a smile. I had a simple oil change and they also checked the temperature of my AC. It was done quickly and they provided a shuttle service so that I could make it back to work. I highly recommend Elite Auto Repair. I will be coming back for sure!

Took my car in for an oil change and I was told I had a bad windshield wiper. I was asked if I wanted them to replace it. They didn't assume I would want it replaced. I appreciate them asking and I gave my OK to do it. They are a top notch service location. I will be back.

Replaced the water pump on my 06 Mustang and performed a general engine check. Also provided a rental car while my Mustang was in the shop. This a great auto repair shop with nice professional people to assist you through tough issues with your car. They make an attempt to be cost effective and meet the customer's needs.
