Auto Repair Tempe

I've been going to this auto repair shop for over a year now and the service and prices have been excellent. I've never been to such a clean shop. they have a great waiting area with free computer access and Wi-Fi. I own my own business and I don't have a lot of time to sit around and wait for oil changes or repairs but with Elite they give me a loaner car so I can go about my day. The best thing is that I don't feel like they are trying to rip me off like most other places I go to. I highly recommend them.

I have been taking my truck here for a few years now. The most recent issue was the front wheel bearings/hub assembly. The guys here are awesome! My truck was done on time and drives like a dream now!! My truck is getting older and I know needs some repairs but I am always told honestly what TRULY needs to be done and what can wait, no hard sales pitches! Thanks guys for such great service, oh and the car wash! I will be a forever customer for sure!

They helped me out when I really needed it. They did a great job and have big hearts to boot!

Took my trusty Accord there for service this morning based on yelp reviews and recommendation from a family member. Overall it was a good experience. The turn around time was longer than anticipated however shop washed the car for me and replaced the fuse that blew when they reinstalled the battery at no cost. They get high marks for keeping me (and the other customers waiting) updated on progress.

I have had my car serviced at Elite since 2011. The service has always been very good and fairly priced. If I need more than regular preventive maintenance done, it has been thoroughly explained to me and what the cost will be before I give my OK. Bruce, the Manager, and his staff are very professional and helpful. I would recommend Elite Auto Repair for your auto service.

This is a great place to have work done on your car. It is recommended by Enterprise and car insurance companies. They can be trusted for their honesty and work ethics. Had my sister's car in for oil change and found out needed batttery replaced. They took care of it and the battery was from Auto Zone! Great people.

92 honda has ac problem, where everything works until the cabin temp get over about 80° then ac blows hot. I have them do a diagnostic. So the tech goes back plays with my car comes back and says "its your control unit, but since I can't necessarily get the ac to run I can't say if anything else is broken." He also stated in his memoir of diagnosing that he "banged" on the dash, which momentarily got the pump to work. Here is the icing, they quoted me a price for the control unit part of $230. I looked the part up online and saw it for $117. Even with shipping I was still gonna be over charged by $100. Consider this experience, I think its enough info to help anyone decide not to go here to get their ac repaired.

I took my Audi into this shop because my Audi shop had closed. Let me tell you, if I knew that there was such a great shop this close I would’ve taken my car here from the start! They were very professional and provided excellent customer service. They gave me progress updates throughout the day and had my car back to me the same day; my car had a bunch of issues and now its feels like a new car.Now that I’ve been here I’m actually glad my Audi shop closed because this shop is so much better. I would defiantly, defiantly recommend this shop!!!PS. I rarely if ever leave comments or reviews but I had to because they did such a great job.

I have taken several of the family cars here for the past several years - and without exception the experiences have been outstanding. Never have I seen a repair shop that to such an extent will place the best interest of the customer first and foremost. As a result, they have earned my complete trust - great service, solid integrity, convenient hours, shuttle and loaner available - and most importantly; the very best advice on what is needed and what is not. Recently, Bruce at Elite went way above and beyond when I brought in a car just off warranty for a second opinion. The dealership had quoted $1500 for needed repair. Bruce took the car back to the dealership, had them take a second look, and found that the initial diagnosis was wrong, and fixe could be done at no charge. Lots of time and effort invested by Elite on my behalf for which they did not charge anything - only the gratification of having saved me $1500. Five stars for Bruce and Elite - they have earned it, time and time again!
