Have a look at the first new commercial for the 2016 GMC Sierra featuring the 2016 GMC Sierra Denali, the 2016 GMC Sierra SLT, and the 2016 GMC Sierra All Terrain with new LED "C-shaped" headlights, new bumpers, new front fascia and grilles, new LED fog lamps, and new "C-shaped" LED taillights. GMC's bestselling truck has great momentum coming off its best June since 2006 and 12 consecutive months of year-over-year sales gains. With exterior styling as its top reason for purchase, the new truck adds key design elements: LED "C-shaped" signature daytime running lights and LED headlights, new front fascia and grilles for each trim level, new LED fog lamps, new bumpers, and new "C-shaped" LED taillights. The new Sierra will be available in the fourth quarter of 2015. The Chevrolet Silverado, and its mechanically identical cousin, the GMC Sierra, are a series of full-size and heavy-duty pickup trucks manufactured by General Motors and introduced in 1999 as the successor to the long-running Chevrolet C/K line. The Silverado name was taken from a trim level previously used on its predecessor, the Chevrolet C/K pickup trucks and Suburbans from 1975 through 1998. General Motors continues to offer a GMC-badged variant of the Chevrolet full-size pickup under the GMC Sierra name. The GMC Denali nameplate is used by GMC on its top-of-the-line trucks. The name applies to the top version of all SUVs as well as pick-up trucks in the GMC line-up. Vehicles with the Denali trim option carry MSRPs (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) up to 43% higher than those of the regular models. Prices range from $37,145 for Envoy Denali to (as of 2014) $70,000 for a top-of-the-line Yukon XL Denali. The Denali nameplate is often used as an insignias or status symbol, and in particular is popular as a less costly alternative to the Cadillac Escalade. The Yukon Denali line typically represents 40% of Yukon sales in both units and dollars. In 2013 it sold more than 75,558 units of the Denali brand, which accounted for 20% of GMC's sales, making it one of GM's most successful sub-brands, all done without any advertising or promotion whatsoever.
