2015 Mustang Available As A Free Download - Huh?

According to the Tech Blog over on c|Net.com, "You can't drive Ford's next Mustang until 2014, but you can at least take it for a spin in Need for Speed Rivals, starting now. Customer Focused Car Repair

Customer Focused Car Repair

This is from an article that I ran accross just recently. I think it speaks to how we as car repairers need to focus on the cusotmers needs... Factors Influencing Repair Outlet Choice In 2011 Understanding what consumers value in a repair outlet today will allow service providers and their vendors to collaborate to craft an attractive offering in the market, fine-tune the consumer message, and focus execution on critical components of the customer experience. How We Classify Uber Drivers Can Have A Huge Impact

How We Classify Uber Drivers Can Have A Huge Impact

In five short years, Uber has shaken up much more than just the taxi industry. With the success of its "driver partner" business model, the ride-sharing giant has helped scramble the very concept of employment, forcing riders and regulators alike to ask themselves who qualifies as a worker and what constitutes work. Those questions were around long before iPhone apps and surge pricing. But the sheer popularity of Uber -- and the rapid growth of its driver network -- has forced a debate over how to classify workers in the so-called on-demand economy. And even labor experts who are often on the same side can't seem to agree on how to do it. Last year, economist Alan Krueger and former Labor Department official Seth Harris penned a much-discussed paper arguing that Uber drivers and ... read more
